Carson, Lovell, Inc.

Carson Lovell Incorporated began their commercial real estate business in 1995. Ed Carson, owner of Carson Construction and Adrian Lovell, owner of PTAC Consulting Engineers, formed their partnership while Adrian was looking for office space for his engineering firm. They successfully acquired property and completed their first renovation. During their successful partnership, they have developed and rehabbed approximately 20 properties in the past 13 years. Carson Lovell manages its own properties and has a diverse office tenant list that includes the federal government, state government, county government, healthcare, and many types of professionals of approximately 150,000 sf.
