Scope Of Work

This project consisted of interior and exterior renovation. Water damage was present throughout the building. This was corrected and the building had all new windows and plaster/lath. We did all the framing repair and demo, assisted with drywall repair, completed handyman punch-list items, and installed SASM dams for the new windows. Highlights include the framing and water intrusion that we repaired. This was a big project with a lot of issues. This project is ongoing however, it is nearing completion. The client is extremely happy with the progress being made.

Extensive Exterior Renovations to Eliminate Water Damage

The Hampton Inn and Suites required repair of damaged framing due to extensive water damage.  Blackstone responded by fixing all water damage and providing the client with a new stucco exterior and new windows. We water tested at this location providing the client with assurance the building is water tight. Blackstone is now updating the  flooring of the hotel at the request of the client too the franchise’s specifications.
