Scope Of Work
Distribution center featuring 96,120 sf warehouse , with freezer and refrigerated storage, 20,500sf two story office area. A two –story glass foyer greets visitors to the facility.
Butler Heavy Structures division provided the design and fabrication of the structural system needed to create the open area for the warehousing.
Exterior includes Kingspan Insulated freezer panels, b-deck roof with EPDM membrane roof, masonry veneer, EIFS and tinted glass.
