 Founder Ivan Cerina has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As the CEO of Cerina Construction Ivan concentrates on liaising with clients, marketing, sales, scheduling, project installations and actual fieldwork. Cerina Construction principle Brian Friedenthal has worked closely with Ivan Cerina for over 12 years. Brian covers all aspects of day-to-day business: managing head office, estimates, proposals, materials and research. Senior partner and son of founder Ivan Cerina is Joseph Cerina. From an early age Joseph knew that he wanted to enter the family business and to build upon his father’s accomplishments. Joseph Cerina’s vision for Cerina Construction is to expand the company’s presence in the New York City area. Joseph spends the majority of his time ‘on site’ traveling from project to project. This involves ordering materials, measuring units, organizing each site’s material and equipment, and scheduling the workers.
