Scope Of Work
The brand-new 17,500 SF Claymont Library is situated on a 7.59 acre site that includes the following elements in and around the facility dedicated periodical room, drive-up book drop off and pick-up window, 24 public computer work stations, as well as dedicated space for adults, teens, and children. The exterior features a pergola with outdoor seating, clock tower, perimeter site walking trail and 88 space parking lot.
