A Helton's Bio
A native of Yazoo City, MS, A.G. Helton graduated from Belhaven College in 1982. Married to the former Missy Eichelberger of Morton, MS, they have three children. An avid and active participant in community service, Helton has served as President of Manchester Academy school board, President of the Yazoo County 4-H Association, Secretary of the Deacon body of the Yazoo City First Baptist Church, and Board of Directors for the Yazoo County Chamber of Commerce. In 2008 he was awarded the “Spirit of Yazoo” award, from the Chamber of Commerce, for his unselfish acts of volunteerism, dedication to the community, exceptional leadership and devoted service to retail and industrial growth for Yazoo County.
With over 28 years of experience in business, his first investments were in the food and retail business. He is the past president of the Premier Foods, Inc. He founded Action Properties, LLC in 2002 when he purchased the 40,000 sq. ft. Yazooville Shopping Center. Continuing his commercial property redevelopment for his hometown, he purchased the unoccupied local K-Mart building and turned it into a thriving shopping center. Action Properties has acquired 24 properties, similar to these, in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee and Kentucky totaling over 850,000 sq. ft.
Earning a designation held by less than one percent of Commercial Real Estate Professionals in the world, A.G. was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute in Newport Beach, CA. This award is earned by the completion of graduate level education curriculum and the presentation of qualifying industry experience.

GRAHAM HELTON's Bio
Hard work, dedication, and commitment are traits of the Helton Family and Graham is no exception. A native of Yazoo City, MS, Graham graduated from Mississippi State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Appraisal Financing. While in college he was very active in the Kappa Sigma fraternity, Baptist Student Union, College Republicans, and Habitat for Humanity. He joined the Action Properties team immediately upon graduation from Mississippi State University.
Two months after graduation Graham obtained his broker’s license from the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. With a commitment of continuing his education, on October 12, 2012, he earned the designation held by less than one percent of Commercial Real Estate Professionals in the world, the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute. He is the youngest in the state of Mississippi to hold this title.
In addition to leasing, tenant search and site selection, he is and has been the project leader on many Action Properties sites including: Heber Springs, AR, Hazlehurst, MS, and 3000 Fondren in Jackson, MS. He has spends the majority of his time and effort coordinating projects in multiple states. Graham’s leadership and professionalism is helping Action Properties to become a thriving competitor in the commercial real estate business. He goes above and beyond service and loyalty of working with people through the commercial real estate development and redevelopment of properties and investment opportunities. Graham is married to the former Jordan Dew of Eden, Mississippi. Their first child was born in November 2012, and a their second child born on October 6, 2014. He is a member of Pine Lake Church in Jackson, MS.

BRENDA MOULDER's Bio
Brenda has more than 17 years of experience as an administrative assistant in addition to 9 years as a legal assistant/secretary. She studied courses in real property transactions through the University of Mississippi Paralegal Studies Program and gained experience at a Jackson, MS law firm by assisting in title searches; preparing title commitments and real estate closing documents. Since joining Action Properties team in 2010 she has obtained a Mississippi Real Estate Salesperson License.
Brenda and her husband Dennis have two children and two grandchildren. She is a member of Parkview Church of God in Yazoo City, MS where she teaches Sunday School and is a member of the Children’s Council.
