In 2016, the most effective way I communicate with my clients is to produce videos. I have implemented a Video Communication Process that aides in executing projects on time and budget. As an experienced owner of a service based business, I am able to relate and understand the stresses and demands that come with owning businesses and properties. When I send videos of our work to our clients, we receive tremendous feedback.
I began using social media and video as a marketing tool in 2011, as an undergraduate at Temple University. For my senior project I founded the Directer of Baseball Operations position with the University of Pennsylvania that specialized in the new style of marketing. Also in 2011, I co-founded ALL OUT Sealcoat, a pavement maintenance business based in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Following that season, I continued to stay involved as a volunteer and mentor with Penn Baseball while growing the business.
