Scope Of Work
Vinegar Storage Project consisted of removal of original wooden tanks in half of the building, along with the building demolition. Retaining walls were installed to house the new stainless steel tanks being installed in 2020. The building was enclosed on the end removed and included the retaining wall as the foundation for the new stick built wall. We had to modify the installation elevations for the retaining wall due to the design of the column supports in the remaining building. The schedule for the contractors were as available, due to a Waste Water Plant Upgrade also going on at KHC Holland.
Multiple projects were done over quarters 2,3 and 4 in 2019. Upgraded CIP System/Operation on a few lines. Carton Conveyor replaced on a few lines. Fire Main Repairs. Approximately 120,000 Sq.Ft. of concrete was installed around the Main Entrance and Trailer Lot. The Waste Water Project is in the last month of construction and commissioning.
