Chrisanntha Construction Corporation has been planning, designing and building for commercial and industrial clients in the Finger Lakes region and surrounding areas since 1985. Prior to that (since 1962) the company was operated under the name Chrisanntha Inc., completing many residential and multi-family projects when it realized its same attention to detail would serve the Design/Build market well. That’s when the company split into two distinct operations. Chrisanntha Inc., which still builds residential and hotel type projects today and Chrisanntha Construction Corp. which primarily delivers Design/Build services.

With our shared savings concept along with value engineering we can assure that your project is built on time and on budget without the normal change-order process typically associated with contractors.

GORHAM – Chrisanntha Construction Corp. is a commercial construction firm with headquarters on Dewey Avenue in the hamlet of Gorham.

It is frequently confused with its sister companies, which all sprang from the Niels Iversen Lumber Company. The “Iversen family” of companies includes:Niels Iversen Lumber Company Inc., which was founded in 1907 and continues to sell hardware and building supplies.

Iversen Construction Corporation, which builds industrial, commercial and institutional buildings. Iversen Construction typically builds schools or other “hard bid” projects in which the building design is already completed.

Chrisanntha Construction Corp. is a design/build firm, meaning it handles all aspect of design and construction, including permits.

Chrisanntha Inc. is a real estate development company. Headed by Chris Iversen, this company specializes in managing real estate property. For example, when the Industrial Development Agency offers tax incentives, a development company owns the building, gets the tax break and passes the benefits on to the tenant in the form of reduced lease rates.

The name “Chrisanntha” came from blending the names of Chris Iversen with those of his two sisters, Ann and Martha.
