Scope Of Work
The Project consisted of a complete removal and replacement of the existing roof on the single story Krannert Art Museum. The work included the removal of 20,500 square feet of hazardous roof material. New roof work included new code-complaint insulation, fascia, overflow scuppers, and expansion joints.
All existing roof drains were retro-fitted with new drain bodies. Existing mechanical equipment was removed and reinstalled to allow for the installation of the new roof and curbs.
