This new urban infill project is located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh and includes development of two buildings with apartments over retail, plus associated site development and parking. The buildings are designed to harmonize with the historic storefronts of adjacent buildings. 3810 Butler Street contains 8034 square feet with larger first floor for restaurant use, and 3810 Butler Street contains 5317 square feet with a bike shop on the first floor.
