Scope Of Work

This 3-story, multi-family housing project located in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA consists of 19 market rate rental apartments. The building features a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments, each with amenities such as quartz countertops and wood floors, tall triple-windows to access increased daylighting and views, and access to resident parking underneath the building. The exterior is finished in a combination of masonry and fiber cement board, using a color palette pulled from the historic vernacular of this traditional neighborhood while maintaining clean, modern lines throughout. Key sustainable design features include an increased emphasis on a high-performance building envelope, attention to acoustics and occupant comfort, energy star appliances, and 25 KW photovoltaic roof panels.
