B & M Steel & Welding, Inc.

In 1974, my Grandpa Wallace Bertram, and Uncle Dick Myers purchased a welding company in Union City, Indiana and changed the name to B&M Steel. Their first opportunity was a customer across the street at Union City Mold. In the years to follow, the business grew from a local provider of various steel fabrication to a national service provider. In 1985, ownership of the company was passed onto my dad, Steve Rader and in 2016 to me. I take pride in being the third-generation owner in B&M Steel and strive to treat our clients like family.

The B&M Steel team has a combined experience of 100+ years. All full-time shop employees have completed the OSHA 30-hour course and the ANSI/AWS D1.1 certification.
