Their bids are clear, they are always responsive when I have questions or need clarification, and most importantly they always do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it!

He always returns phone calls and emails, is diligent about following up on unanswered questions and is great at working with our superintendents on unexpected issues that arise on site. Derek is very willing to work with us on our schedule and try to accommodate it as best as possible. He is also very good about letting us know the lead time for an available crew and how much notice we need to give him to help avoid scheduling conflicts. We will absolutely do business with Custom Concrete Prep and Polish again! You guys are our go-to for concrete staining and polishing and we value the partnership.

Mark and his crew are fantastic. Our floors look spectacular. I wish we had used them for our other restaurant Dos Santos. We’re going to have Mark’s crew come in November to redo the floors there.
Communication happened in a very timely manner, always. I am a decorator and dealt directly with the guys. They probably wished they had never met me because I didn't necessarily want something that they had done before and I asked for multiple swatches to look at on the floor, several times. They made it happen. My client was on a timeline and despite pushing it to the limit, because of the swatches, they came through and met the completion date for them. Of course I will do business with Custom Concrete Prep & Polish again and look forward to it!
Derek Fankell was very easy to work with. Due to many different circumstances, our superintendent changed the schedule multiple times. Derek was able to make it work with no push back. The sealed concrete in South Adams County Fire District Headquarters main lobby looks beautiful. The Owner and Architect have commented many times on how well the finished product turned out. I would happily do business with CCPP again and I hope to see them on my next project!
