Dan Krause is the Vice President of Path Construction Southwest. He brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to Path SW, and has been licensed in AZ since 1987, as well as CA and NV. Mr. Krause has provided professional services for Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, Site Development, Ground-up Construction, and Turn-Key projects. He has also managed both new buildings and tenant improvements, along with demolition and renovation of existing facilities. Beginning his career in Chicago as an apprentice carpenter, he quickly moved up the ranks as a carpentry foreman working on custom residential homes. Soon after he moved to the commercial side and was a foreman on high-rise commercial buildings. In 1987 he founded Regency Development Inc (RDI).

Mr. Krause is Vice President at Path Construction. In his role he oversees all contract related matters including negotiations, purchasing oversight, and risk management with all private and public sector subcontractors. In addition to his current role, Mr. Krause is also involved in staffing, client relations, and actively monitoring project progress.

As a third generation construction professional with more than 15 years of construction experience, Mr. Krause has been an integral part of Path Construction’s impressive growth. Getting his start in the field as a carpenter provided a solid foundation for his future estimating and project management roles.

Richard Krause is the CEO/President of Path Construction. His career spans more than 30 years in the Construction/Technical industry and his professional experience is extensive. Ric has worked on a wide variety of project types, in a multitude of industry sectors, and at all levels of complexity.

He began his career at Walsh Construction in 1982 where he accrued 26 years of professional experience. As Division Manager and Vice President at Walsh, Ric was directly responsible for all aspects of the business and for maintaining construction operations such as establishing management systems, closely supervising projects in progress, and directly supervising project management staff. Ric performed preconstruction servicing and estimating, design management, value engineering, scheduling, and quality control programs.

Todd Steffen is the CFO at Path Construction. His key areas of responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Job Cost Accounting, and Treasury and Risk Management. Todd has 29 years in General Building and Heavy/Civil Segments of the Construction Industry. He has obtained the Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant designations and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Todd is focused on providing the administrative, accounting, and risk management support for our customers to ensure their projects are completed on time, on budget, safely, and receive the highest level of quality. Outside of work, Todd has been active in the advancement of the accounting and finance professions by serving in leadership roles of the local chapters of the Institute of Management Accountants and Financial Executives International. His passion for helping ensure that all members of the community have access to high quality and affordable Healthcare has been met by serving on the Crusader Community Health Board of Directors in numerous positions including Chairman of the Board and Treasurer for over 12 years.

Dipesh Thakkar is the Director of Estimating (Public works) at Path. He has completed his Master of Civil Engineering in 1991 with Structural Engineering as a major.

He takes a lead on all public projects and manages Estimating Team. He has more than 28 years of experience in construction industry with estimating Public projects including Schools, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Libraries, Municipal Buildings and Water treatment facilities. His estimating experience also includes conceptual estimating, value engineering and construction budgets.

He has worked with various public agencies like CPS, CDB, UIC, Argonne National Lab, Fermilab, MWRD, University of Chicago Hospitals, Various School Districts, Various Municipal Facilities, City of Chicago, Cook County, FPD, CTA and Pace.

Gerard Kisielewski is the Vice President of Estimating at Path. He manages the Estimating Department and various teams within the organization, completing all aspects of project cost estimating. Gerard plays a major role in developing and securing future projects, in both private and public sectors. In addition to estimating, Gerard leads the pre-construction team in design decisions, evaluation, studies, value engineering/analysis, constructability reviews, design costs, and permitting.

Mr. Stanulis is a Project Executive at Path Construction Company, Inc. and a Licensed Architect with more than 20 years of experience in the building industry.

Mr. Stanulis is experienced in all stages of design and construction. As the owner of J Stanulis Architects, he had the opportunity to walk clients through the design and construction process from conception to fruition. From feasibility studies and site assessments, to leading his team in preparing design, permit, bid and construction documents, Mr. Stanulis prides himself on being able to see the big picture through the details, and designing and coordinating the manufacturing of custom furniture to meet client’s programmatic needs. Mr. Stanulis stays informed about evolving and innovative building methods and continuously looks toward new materials and changing technology to solve design and construction problems. He understands the importance of fully utilizing BIM technology both to help clients visualize design decisions and for interdisciplinary coordination throughout design and construction.

Paul is the Senior Project Manager at Path Construction Northeast. He brings 30 years of experience to the company and has worked in many markets throughout the country. Paul began his career serving a carpenter apprenticeship in New Jersey. He has held various positions ranging from carpenter, foreman, superintendent, lead superintendent to project manager. Paul has extensive experience in new ground up projects as well as renovation work. Paul’s project experience is very diverse ranging from schools, Prisons, Casinos, Banks, Self-Storage, Hospitality, etc. In addition to running multiple projects, Paul is directly involved with bidding as well as contract negotiations.

Mr. Pimentel is a Senior Project Manager at Path Construction. In his role he is responsible for managing and leading his construction team for each assigned project. This involves coordinating day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, creating and maintaining schedules, pay requests, change orders, information requests, cost control, tracking submittals, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality , and running or assisting with OAC, subcontractor and team meetings.

Phil’s 14 years of experience includes a diverse portfolio of knowledge and technical proficiency in wide variety of construction projects. His experience includes significant involvement in commercial, retail, higher education, schoolwork, hospitality, municipal, residential, senior living, and LEED projects.

Mr. Lynch is the Division Manager of Path Southwest. With over 25 years of industry experience, he manages teams in all aspects of construction and has a background in projects ranging from $1 million to $3.5 billion. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lynch has performed work in multiple asset classes including high rise structures, multi family, senior living, higher education, USACE, commercial office, tilt up warehouses, food production, manufacturing, heavy industrial, heavy civil as well as nuclear facilities and multiple state agencies. In addition, he also has extensive knowledge of the self- perform side of construction.

Mr. Lynch is passionate about bringing construction to the next generation of owners, designers and construction trades people. He believes in utilizing technology in a manner that best suites each project. He prides himself on being a consensus builder, developing a project plan that allows for success in schedule, quality and budget all delivered in the safest work environment possible. He keeps his finger on the pulse of the industry through his involvement with multiple industry related organizations.

Alex Cerulli is the Director of Business Development for Path Construction. He is responsible for growth and maintaining current client relationships through Path’s national coverage area. A fourth-generation construction professional and with over 10 years in the commercial industry, Mr. Cerulli has experience in project management, superintendent duties, estimating, marketing, and business development. He is able to utilize his diverse industry background to deliver a more comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs.

Mr. Cerulli holds a degree in communications from the University of Miami and is a LEED Associate Professional with the United States Green Building Council.
