With over 30 years of combined experience in residential construction and over 20 homes built in the past couple of years ranging between $150,000 to $500,000, we offer flexibility and a commitment to designing and building a legacy of high quality construction and affordable custom homes. This begins with our owners, John and Cristal Villarreal.

As President of the company and a Bearkat Alumni, Cristal holds a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University, and a Masters of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She offers almost 20 years of architectural and engineering experience, including, but not limited to senior project management, residential and commercial land development, complete building envelope design, and governmental jurisdiction expertise.

Inspired by the craftsmanship of his father, John brings hands on experience to each and every customer, having grown up in the Crosby community and worked alongside his father, brother, uncles, and mother, in their family-owned home building business. He provides the benefit of over 30 years of having personally constructed homes from the ground up, starting with clearing the land, building the pad, and going vertical with all building disciplines, including, but not limited to the foundation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general carpentry.

Although we have built all over Southeast Texas, we primarily focus on Crosby, Huffman, Humble, and Kingwood due to homeowners relocating further east into the suburbs of Houston. Home sales and prices continue to rise, while inventory levels remain low in developed and seasoned subdivisions, particularly for homes priced within the $250,000-$500,000 range. All indicators point to Houston as still being a hot real estate market, setting Crosby up for further growth.
