Cohn Construction Services is a full service Design-Build commercial general contractor. Founded in 1993, our core mission and principles are to represent ourselves with integrity and serve our clients with quality and value. As a family operated business we value the relationships that we have with our staff, our clients, subcontractors and vendors. Our focus has been and will continue to be centered on delivering value for our clients, performance beyond expectations and an outstanding customer experience.

Our work is concentrated in the following key areas: manufacturing/industrial, adaptive re-use, healthcare, dental and general commercial. We have a dedicated staff of qualified professionals whose capabilities and experience can handle any project. Our services include ConstructionManagement, Design-Build and General Contracting. The scope of our project work includes pre-construction services, constructability cost/benefit analysis and construction execution.

The Ownership of Cohn Construction Services also owns and manages Cohn Development, a full service, private real estate development company with holdings across the Southeast and Midwest. Through this entity, our professionals have learned to look at projects from an Owner’s perspective. We analyze long term cost models and evaluate building systems for value, rather than simply economics. These skills and services make us a unique benefit to our clients and customers, as we help them evaluate their projects from a long term Owner’s perspective.

We often use the phrase “our business is building yours,” we strive to give our customers the same benefits we give ourselves when examining projects and real estate.
