DCCS is a commercial interior finish contractor specializing in the install of light gauge metal framing, gypsum, acoustical ceilings, and Owner supplied casework for large Commercial General Contractors.  We are also able to supplement our own labor force with other professionals to offer a full spectrum of architectural interior scopes.

We are professionals that specialize in quality performance and delivery on time.  We have been a successful team since the Summer of 2014.

Ian Jones is our General Manager and directs the Construction Managers, Supervisors, and Job Leads.  He is responsible for putting the projects together from sales to completion, leaning on our Senior Staff to accomplish successful projects.  Ian has been in the design and construction field for 20 years and has grown from a jobsite laborer, to intern architect, to job site Supervisor to an Estimator, to a Construction Manager, and now to a Senior Project Manager and has been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential construction, both new builds from the ground up to complicated remodels.  He specializes in industrial Architectural office scopes, restaurant and retail interior remodels and tenant upfits.
