Scope Of Work
A design build to suit in the Seaway Corporate Center. The project included 10,000 square feet of single story office, 8” thick double matted concrete slabs at the drive aisles, motorized 24’ x 18’ drive in doors, 40 fc lighting in the warehouse, rigid insulation on the roof deck, electrical and ventilation for processes. The entire facility also had an upgraded security system.
