Scope Of Work
- Remove existing oil, debris, contaminants @ walls by means of Hot Water Power washing.
- Install 45degree angle cove @ floor and wall perimeter with epoxy grout.
- Allow to dry completely prior to paint application.
- Utilize propane heaters,fans and blowers from HTP to speed dry time.
- Clean FRP ceiling by means of biodegradable detergent and hand scrub.
- Apply one coat water based epoxy block filler @ CMU for proper adhesion.
- Apply one full coat epoxy @ walls and ceilings complete.
- Apply two full coats White polyurethane @ walls and ceiling.
