JCI Construction Management is a design-build and construction management firm, has been a general contractor in Ohio since 1979 and has completed projects in: Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Iowa, Wyoming, South Carolina and Florida.

Chuck & Brian Booth bring substantial experience and deep resources to all phases of new construction and development, including: hotels, apartments, land developments, restaurants, and office buildings. JCI also has extensive experience with renovation and remodeling of these same property types. Clients have hired JCI to step into troubled construction projects where Chuck & Brian’s skills at construction management and value engineering have salvaged a bad situation.

JCI has completed twelve hotel builds and hotel renovation projects in the past eight years, with an approximate construction value exceeding $80 million. In 2012 JCI won 3 awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors group. JCI has not required bonding for any of its hotel projects.
