Ross began his construction career cleaning out project trailers and miscellaneous yard work for Lawrence Construction when he was still riding his bike to the office. He continued working for the company through college, where he earned his B.S. in Business Management from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He worked in the construction industry in Southern Florida for 3 years before returning to co-found Lawrence Building with his sister, Haley. His primary function is to oversee the financial workings of the company.  However, being an owner, he is also involved in business development, project management, personnel resources, etc. Ross enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, and grilling out with his family and friends both at home and up at Coldwater Lake. He and his wife Heather have 3 kids, Kailei, Beau, and Aubrey.

Josh has been with Lawrence since 1999 hired originally as an estimator. Over the past 13+ years Josh has been promoted to Project Manager and remains Lawrence's lead estimator. Josh is involved with all aspects of a project's design, permitting, and construction process, from inception to 100% completed project. Josh loves to fish, hunt, and spend time with his family.

Adam joined the Lawrence team over 14 years ago as a general laborer. He has gained experience and skill in nearly every discipline Lawrence Building has to offer. During that time, Adam earned his Associates Degree in Civil Engineering and his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University-Fort Wayne. Adam is currently an estimator/project manager for many customers in the Petroleum/Convenience Store industry. Adam's focus is on store remodels, facilities maintenance, and new builds. Adam enjoys grilling out, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his wife, Mallory, and their son, Braxton.

Dan earned his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University - West Lafayette and has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years. Business and customer acquisition and development is Dan's focus within Lawrence. He spends his winters in sunny Florida with his wife, Ginger. He loves to fish, golf, and grill out with family and friends.

Nate started with Lawrence Construction in 2002 as a general laborer and has continued his ascent through the company to his current position as VP of Operations. Nate took a leave from Lawrence to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Purdue University-West Lafayette. Nate interned with site development and multi-family construction companies during college. Nate currently maintains all quality control of the Petroleum Division at LBC to ensure a safe, tight system on each and every project. Nate likes to spend his spare time at the lake with family and friends.

Paul is currently a Project Manager / Estimator for Lawrence Building Corp., responsible for all Marathon Petroleum and Speedway Convenience Store projects that LBC completes. His goal is to provide our customers with a 100% completed project in the most cost-effective and schedule-minded method that can be achieved. Paul received his construction training in the U.S. Navy and has been in his current position since 1993. Paul enjoys spending his spare time at Lake Gage with family and friends.

Jennifer joined Lawrence in 2005 to help with daily office operations. Today, at LBC she is responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable and Contract Administration. She assists the Project Managers in various aspects of a projects including bidding, qualifying Subcontractors/Vendors who work with us on a project, invoicing, and closeout documents. In her free time, Jennifer stays busy with her husband, Chris, and their children, Madison, Makayla, Jackson, and Colton with after school sports and outdoor activities.

Lori joined Lawrence Building Corporation in 2012 to assist with Human Resources. She processes payroll, administers benefits, and assists with new hire orientation. She attended Ivy Tech Community College where she received her Associate's Degrees in Human Resources and Business Management in 2014. Lori has over 10 years of experience in HR. In her free time, Lori enjoys bon fires, cookouts, and especially spending time with her friends and family.
