Scope Of Work
This contract tripled size 11-acre by creating a total 75 stores– 45 more than when expansion started. space was expanded from 100,000 SF to more than 280,000 SF with a total 1,000 parking stalls (460 them covered) by the addition a parking structure.
tight- was complicated because it required keeping existing tenants open for . This required constant communication with all tenants, a -specific plan to eliminate hazard exposures for pedestrians shoppers.
