Scope Of Work
Prairie Forge Group was the Construction Manager for this two phase construction project in St. Charles, Illinois. Phase 1 included the construction of a splash playground. In Phase 2, Otter Cove was completely transformed from a spray park to an aquatic center through the addition of new bathhouses, a zero-depth entry pool, water slides, lap pool, a 560 foot long lazy river, a new concessions/filter building and administrative areas.
