High Performance Structures (HPS) is the premier sustainable building contractor in the Pikes Peak Region with over 20 years of construction experience.  We specialize in the “whole building” approach to design, beginning with the building envelope:  ICF walls for continuous insulation, high performance windows and doors, conditional attic space for an airtight envelope, management of solar energy.
