Scope Of Work
What used to be know as the Dahlman Campus Inn is now the Graduate Madison. KSW was the selected contractor for demolition of the interior and renovation of the entire hotel with an addition of a 7th floor roof top bar & restaurant and meeting room! Transformation of this project took about 23 weeks to complete including over-hauling the entire interior from a new elevator to upgrading everything from floor to ceiling with a whole new theme and décor! Taking aim towards the scholar appearance, the lobby is lit with canoes hanging from the ceiling & a farm fresh café. The rooftop bar & restaurant is the seamless place to for a work meeting, happy hour or gathering with friends! With various sized rooms to choose from, you’ll be stunned from the view of Madison in any room!
