Scope Of Work
Fit Fresh Cuisine reached out to KSW Construction when they desired a new location inside the Princeton Club on the west side of Madison. The 2,021 square foot space has a full kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, two walk-in freezers, a service counter and food prep line. Luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed throughout and beautiful quartz counters add to this contemporary design. Multiple options were created for seating giving you the choice of bar seating, private booths, tables and unique cozy bench swings. The exterior and interior entrances have large floor to ceiling windows.
