Scope Of Work
Talisen has transformed a former water-treatment facility into a state-of-the-art medical office building. Teamed with TPG Architecture, the building’s mid-century style is preserved, while still accomplishing the desired modern touch. With over 100,000 square feet of renovation, the total package of care includes:
A building extension with new vertical transportation
New exam spaces, surgical facilities, and procedure rooms
Complete mechanical renovation
Upgraded finishes throughout all lobbies, offices, & communal spaces
Additional rear parking
Talisen proudly continues to aid Northwell Health in providing cutting edge medical space to improve the patient care experience in the surrounding areas.
