Angel Lowe's Bio
Mrs. Lowe was promoted to this position in June 2019 with responsibility for talent acquisition and development, onboarding and immersion, leadership training, employee development, employee and labor relations, payroll as well as compensation and benefit programs. Since 2016, Mrs. Lowe served as Vice President-Group Human Resources, where she was responsible for driving human resources alignment and synergies among Electrical Raceway and Mechanical Products & Solutions businesses. Prior to that, Angel served as Vice President-Electrical Raceway business and Vice President, Human Resources-Conduit & Fittings business after initially joining the company in 2014 as Vice President-Human Resources for the Plastic Pipe and Conduit strategic business unit. Previous to Atkore, Mrs. Lowe held human resources roles with progressive responsibilities at Trinity Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Reckitt Benckiser where she was a strategic business partner to enhance the capability, diversity, culture and organizational structure that drove productivity, customer service and overall profitability. Daniel Kelly's Bio
Mr. Kelly joined Atkore in September 2013. For the past 20 years, Mr. Kelly worked in strategic legal officer roles within various businesses of ITT Corporation and Xylem, Inc., a 2011 spinoff from ITT. Most recently at Xylem, Mr. Kelly served as acting General Counsel with responsibility for all legal and compliance matters, including SEC filing, corporate governance oversight, intellectual property, acquisitions, contracts and litigation, as well held the role of Deputy General Counsel, Litigation and Contracts. Before that, he was VP and General Counsel of ITT Fluid and Motion Control, covering all of ITT’s commercial businesses and prior to that, he was VP and General Counsel of ITT Defense Electronics and Services. Mr. Kelly also spent three years at ITT Corporation as Deputy General Counsel, Director Field Legal Support, where he provided business and legal counsel for the company’s three global operating groups. Mr. Kelly’s career began at Sidley & Austin with an antitrust and commercial litigation practice. Mr. Kelly earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University.

Mr. Johnson joined Atkore in August 2018 with more than 29 years’ experience in strategic and financial planning, risk assessment, mergers & acquisitions, global tax strategies, international operations, and internal controls. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was Vice President-Finance & Operations for the Electrical Sector business at Eaton Corporation, where he was responsible for sector financial planning, analysis, and reporting; compliance, credit & collections, government accounting as well as global purchasing, manufacturing strategies, logistics and distribution. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson was Vice President-Finance and Planning for the Americas Region (Eaton Electrical) where he was responsible for reporting, planning, acquisitions, and implementing common financial policies / reporting across numerous recently acquired businesses. During his 24 year tenure at Eaton, Mr. Johnson held other roles of progressive responsibilities, including Plant Controller, Division Controller, Director of Finance & Business Development, Vice President Finance & Business Development, and Vice President Finance & Planning-Europe, Middle East and Asia. John Deitzer's Bio
Mr. Deitzer was appointed to this position in November 2020 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s treasury and investor relations functions. He joined the company in July 2019 as the Vice President – Investor Relations with responsibility as the primary point of contact and assisting in strengthening relationships with shareholders, industry analysts and the financial community in general. Prior to Atkore, Mr. Deitzer was Senior Manager-Investor Relations at Alcoa Corporation. Mr. Deitzer was also involved in management consulting and strategy as Engagement Manager at Alcoa Inc. Prior to that, he held the role of Segment Manager for PPG Industries where he was responsible for growing the company’s position in the aluminum extrusion coatings business. John W. Pregenzer's Bio
Mr. Pregenzer was appointed to this position in October 2020 with responsibility for products used in electrical systems to safely deliver power from the source to the point of use. Prior to that, Mr. Pregenzer was promoted in September 2018 to the position of President for the Conduit & Fittings business unit. Previously, Mr. Pregenzer was Vice President and General Manager of the Plastic Pipe and Conduit strategic business unit, a position he held since joining Atkore in July 2015. Mr. Pregenzer has spent the majority of his career in executive sales, marketing, and operations positions with Georg Fischer AG, a Swiss based industrial products manufacturer. During his tenure, Mr. Pregenzer held positions of President and Managing Director for Georg Fischer Piping Systems LLC and Georg Fischer Sloane, Inc., in addition to positions of Director of Marketing, Director of Product Management, and Regional Sales Manager. Lee Paree's Bio
Mr. Paree joined the company in October 2013. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Amcor Limited, a global leader supplying a broad range of plastic, fiber, metal and glass packaging products. During his tenure, Mr. Paree served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director-Global Business Services for Amcor Americas, with responsibility for IT activities across four businesses within those regions. Prior to that, he was Vice President & CIO-Rigid Plastics division, with responsibility for ensuring the IT strategy linkage with the business strategy, including supporting standard shop floor applications for more than 50 plants. Mr. Paree also was employed as Director of Information Services-Americas at Schmalbach-Lubecca Plastic Containers, where he implemented a system of measurable and visual management systems. Prior to that, he was Group Director-Information Services at Johnson Controls, Inc. Mr. Paree’s career started at Ross Roy, Inc as a Programmer/Analyst, Systems Programmer and Senior Systems Analyst and then at ITT Automotive as a Systems Manager. Mark F. Lamps's Bio
Mr. Lamps has led this business since his promotion into the position in March 2019 with responsibility for products and services that frame, support and secure component parts in a broad range of structures, equipment and systems for electrical, industrial and construction applications. Mr. Lamps joined the Company in October 2018 as Vice President-Business Development & Strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Lamps was Vice President-Technology for nVent LLC, where he was responsible for leading new product development and digitization activities. Prior to that, Mr. Lamps held numerous leadership roles during his 23-year tenure at Pentair, LLC, including Vice President-Technology, Product Management and Strategy for Pentair Electrical; Vice President & General Manager-Pentair Equipment Protection, in addition to residing in China during a four-year international assignment as Vice President & General Manager for Pentair Technical Products-APAC. Ms. Kidd was promoted in March 2019 with responsibility for enhancing Atkore’s presence in the marketplace regarding its Electrical Raceway solutions, building stronger relationships with key decision makers and promoting the Company’s collective product offerings to customers. Ms. Kidd joined Atkore in 2017 as Vice President and General Manager with P&L responsibility for its conduit and cable fittings business. Mr. Robins was named to this position in July 2012 after joining the company as Director-Strategic Sourcing in August 2009. Previously, Mr. Robins served from 2006 to 2009 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Flat Rolled Steel NA for ArcelorMittal International, the international trading arm of ArcelorMittal. Since 2018, Mr. Waltz has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atkore International Group, Inc. Prior to that, he served in several other Company executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Group President of the Atkore Electrical Raceway reporting segment. From 2009 until joining Atkore in 2013, Mr. Waltz was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Materials, Inc., North America’s largest glass recycling company. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in various divisions of Pentair plc, including President-Pentair Flow Technologies. Mr. Waltz began his career at General Electric Company and as a Deloitte Management consultant. Mr. Waltz earned a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and was a graduate of General Electric’s Information Systems Management Program. Michael E. Clark's Bio
Mr. Clark was named to this position in 2016 with direct responsibility for leading Operations within the Safety and Infrastructure business. Additionally, Mr. Clark drives Operational Excellence across the Company with emphasis on footprint strategy, productivity, lean deployment, and talent development. Mr. Clark joined the Company in 2015 as Vice President – Mill Operations, with oversight for the Company’s steel conduit and fittings manufacturing facilities. Previously, Mr. Clark spent 10 years in operational leadership roles across several divisions of Meggitt PLC. Prior to that, Mr. Clark held roles of increasing responsibility in quality, manufacturing and continuous improvement at Groth Corporation. Mr. Clark began his career as Business Development Manager and Principal Consultant for Quality Institute of America, an international consulting firm specializing in ISO 9000, QS 9000, ISO 14000, and Six Sigma.
