Because we get so much moisture in the North West and the lack of correct water-proofing techniques used, exterior replacement/repairs has become necessary. We consider ourselves to be Building Envelope Specialists and guarantee a 100% water tight system using various flashing techniques at critical areas: Windows, doors, wall penetrations, deck to wall transitions, roof to wall transitions, parapet coping and chimney caps. We do consultation and investigation work on buildings with water intrusion. We do our own rot repair and framing, window removal/ replacement, deck coatings and other work to ensure a complete water-proof building. We have our own scaffolding and can set-up any size project. Because we do most if not all the work in-house there is no contractor mark-up. We do all types of interior plaster work also.
