Randall A. Hensley, P.E. is the Vice President of Design and Senior Electrical Engineer of AKEA Design, Inc. Mr. Hensley is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 38 years of electrical design experience. His career path began as an Engineer-in-Training at Odell Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina. His previous employment included six years as Lead Electrical Engineer with Affiliated Engineers, a Top 50 design firm specializing in research laboratories and health care facilities, and eight years as a consultant in private practice. His experience includes design for new and renovation projects for clients including educational, industrial, commercial, government, religious, and health care facilities. He is experienced in all phases of project planning including: concept design development, construction documentation, construction administration, and final project close-out.

Sean S. Holway, P.E. is the Vice President of Construction for AKEA, Inc. Mr. Holway is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Building Contractor with more than 10 years of experience. Mr. Holway's career path began in residential and commercial development in the Orlando, Florida area. His diverse experience includes, but is not limited to: construction management, construction estimating, project management, civil/site design, storm water design and permitting, utilities design and permitting, roadway design and permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental site assessments. He has managed many different projects from concept through construction to close-out, and has consistently demonstrated his ability to improvise and overcome. His computer experience includes: AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, AD-ICPR, ASAD, StormCAD, WaterCAD, PONDS, HEC-RAS, Geopak Drainage, and various estimating software using RSMeans and Microsoft Excel.
