Scope Of Work
The Holiday Inn Express Downtown San Diego is a 136-room, 3-story hotel across the street from San Diego’s historic El Cortez. This hotel has quick access to the Gaslamp quarter and other marquee destinations, making it a desirable choice for tourists and business professionals alike. Reno provided general contracting services for a new roof overhang, aesthetic pop-outs and soffits, fresh paint, new handrails and privacy screens as part of the exterior façade renovation.
