Scope Of Work
Servpro of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe was called in to bid on a mold remediation project at a bank in Chicago. The entire building was covered in mold after a sump pump had failed in an empty bank. Once the property manager had found out, it was time to act. Servpro of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe was handed a mold report and acted quickly. There was some light demo, but the crews had to hepa vacuum, apply a antimicrobial agent, and seal all surfaces in the bank with an antimicrobial sealant. Once completed, the same process was completed on the large HVAC system. Once the process was completed, another mold test was performed by a third party, and passed with flying colors.
