Scope Of Work

This 60,000 sq ft warehouse expansion adds 6 new receiving bays and ample storage as well as a 3,000 sq ft office building with staff break room, locker rooms, restrooms, and waiting area.  Auger cast piles with concrete grade beams were required due to poor bearing capicity of the soils.  The design utilized underground stormwater detention system to make use of all available space.  The close proximity to the Tascarawas River presented unique challenges during construction, coupled with an accelerated construction time frame.
