Andy came to T&R to be the field Supervisor in 1994 to help man an 8 million dollar prison project in Rikers Island, New York. Andy has worked for several large electrical contractors and proved himself invaluable over the years. He oversees and supervises all aspects of the construction process from the initial bid of a project, to the conceptual development stage all the way through final construction. This detailed routine includes making sure that the project gets done on time, within budget and proper scheduling.
Jack, who has been with T&R for 33 years, works closely with Andy in project management and construction estimating. He takes part in all processes from start to finish; calculating everything from construction costs to how much time is needed to complete the job. This requires communication with all people involved while keeping budgets, costs and scheduling in line.
Mike started with T&RĀ over 20 years ago and has continued to prove his loyalty to the company by doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He was a head mechanic for many years and now works closely with the entire team trying to open new doors and get the projects done in a timely manner. Mike primarily concentrates on large electrical projects and high-end government security systems.
