Scope Of Work
Quattro Construction Management, LLC. has the privilege of working for Teresharan Land Company of Manhattan on one of their new midtown project. Situated in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan, Misra and Associates has designed the 132 East 30th Street Development.
The eleven-unit condominium will be a Gold Rated Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building. The LEED Certification is obtained through various credits given to design and construction monitored activities. The building will be environmentally compliant in its construction and maintenance.
The building also possesses architectural specialties such as green walls, pergolas and a waterfall. The street side exterior will provide a great contrast of glass and stucco, with stone masonry at entry level. Upon completion, the project will prove to be a great addition to the Murray Hill community and the environment as a whole.
