For nearly 20 years, Jeff Wolff and CFBC, Inc. have been serving the building needs of Osceola County and greater Central Florida.

Initially established in 1999 as Wolff Design Studio, we specialized in CAD drafting and design.  Over the next several years, we expanded to offer Owner’s Representation for Pre-Construction services to numerous developers in Osceola County.  As these relationships deepened and more services were desired, we recognized the need for a full service company that offered the total package of Design, Construction and Development services.  As such, Central Florida Building Corporation (CFBC) as it now exists, was officially formed in 2006.

At CFBC, we pride ourselves on our relationships.  We are very pleased to receive majority of our work through repeat clients with whom we have long-lasting positive relationships.
