Alejandro is a senior at the University of Maryland in charge of the Estimating Department. Alejandro is responsible for cost estimates and project budgets, as well as organizing projects coming up for bid. Alejandro has greatly strengthened our estimating department with his extensive technical knowledge of software and hardware.

Mariana is in charge of the business operations of the main office. Her duties include handling accounts payables & receivables, Federal and State Taxes, reconciling and submitting certified payroll, managing QuickBooks, and so on.

Ruth is a Professional Engineer certified in the state of Maryland with more than 30 years’ experience in the land development and construction business. Ruth participates in all phases of development including; planning, design, administration, and execution of field work. Prior to Celsue, Ruth maintained a private Engineering Consulting firm.

Lorena is a recent graduate from the University Of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business (May 2014). Lorena is in charge of evaluating and creating the company’s current business model, marketing strategy, and client tactic. She also assists the business in its day-to-day operations.

Robert is in charge of invoicing supplies and materials and equipment maintenance. Robert provides the company excellent customer support service organizes and prepares bid proposals & meetings, and helps manage the President’s timely schedule.
