Scope Of Work

Façade Masonry Restoration of the 8-Story and 4-Story UIC Medical Sciences Buildings.  Work included grinding and repointing of the masonry walls, installation of new thru-wall flashings at all shelf angles, re-caulking of existing controls joints, cutting new control joints, re-building the outer wythe of brick masonry, replacing of deteriorated brick units, caulking of limestone coping, sill and window perimeters.
