J.E. Dunn Construction

Casey joined JE Dunn in 1982 and is responsible for all legal and enterprise risk management matters. He also serves as President of JE Dunn Vermont Assurance, LLC.

Dan joined RJ Griffin & Company in 1997 and became President of JE Dunn’s East Region in 2010. He oversees offices in Charlotte, North Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Augusta, and also Rives E. Worrell in Savannah, Georgia.

Gordon Lansford was named President and Chief Executive Officer of JE Dunn Construction Company on January 1, 2014. He is the first non-Dunn family CEO in the 90-year history of the company. Prior to this role, Lansford served as Chief Financial Officer for 15 years. He managed all accounting and financial reporting for JE Dunn Construction Group. He also oversaw investment management, payroll, contract administration and maintained relationships with banks and bonding companies. In addition to his role he oversaw information technology and the creation of an internal culture and innovation management tool.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Gordon oversees the operations of our four regions and 20 offices as well as the corporate staff.  Specific responsibilities include strategy, talent development, client service, operational excellence, a winning culture, and innovation.  Gordon maintains key relationships with clients, civic and political leaders, banks, sureties, trade partners and other key stakeholders.

Lansford graduated from Baker University Summa Cum Laude in 1993 with a degree in accounting and business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at KPMG before joining JE Dunn. He is active in many community organizations including the Children's Mercy Hospital Hands & Hearts Board of Directors, 2018 United Way Campaign, United Way of Greater KC Cabinet, Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Boys & Girls Clubs of Kansas City Finance Committee, Baker University Board of Trustees, Kansas City Sports Commission Board of Directors and Treasurer, and Newhouse Women's Shelter Board of Directors.

Greg joined JE Dunn in 1990 and oversees the South Central Regional offices of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Texas.

Greg joined JE Dunn in 2004, after 28 years in the architecture industry. He coordinates strategic growth initiatives, marketing, business development and communication activities. 

John Jacobs joined JE Dunn in 1995. As Chief Information Officer he oversees all Information Technology initiatives.

Lesley Elwell is the newest addition to our executive leadership team. She leads the human resources team and its initiatives to focus on employee development,  talent acquisition and retention, overall people strategies, and fulfilling our goal of Best People + Right Culture.

Paul Neidlein oversees the Midwest regional offices including Minneapolis, Minnesota; Williston and Dickenson, North Dakota; Omaha, Nebraska; Des Moines, Iowa; and Kansas City and Springfield, Missouri.

Rodd has been working at JE Dunn since 2006, and he oversees the West Regional offices of Portland, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado.

Tom began working at JE Dunn in 1994 and is responsible for all legal matters including contracting, labor and employment, and government compliance.

Bob has been a JE Dunn employee since 1987. He provides direction to the Dunn Family Foundation and philanthropic activities of the company.
