Communications Express

Theo Meyyappan is the General Manager for Communications Express and has more than 10 years of Business Management Experience with companies like Citigroup, Ameritox etc. Theo Meyyappan has a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and acquired Communications Express from its previous owners in 2012.

Sean Dalal is the Sales and Marketing Executive for Communications Express. Sean has a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College in Rhode Island where he studied Finance and Communications. He has been in the technology industry for more than 15 years. His previous work experience includes stints at Thomson Reuters and Cogent Communications. Sean covers all DAS projects for Public Safety and Cellular coverage.

Divine is a Service Technician at Communications Express. His main areas of concentration are fixing radios and reprogramming them. He also goes in the field for service calls. He has also worked as a Dell technician prior to joining Communications Express. He graduated from Northern Virginia Community College.

Steve Rieder is a Senior Account Executive at Communications Express. He graduated from American University in Washington D.C. He has over 20 years experience in communications. His previous work experience includes stints at Nextel, Motorola and Comcast. He is currently a call box expert and has sold several call boxes to the major hospitals in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. He is currently selling 2 way radios to the education, hospitality and medical verticals.

Jonathan is the Service Manager for Communications Express and has been with the company for more than 10 years and has an Associate degree in Computer, Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Tesst College of Technology, and has various certifications from Motorola and Corning Mobile Access. He has worked extensively on various platforms including MOTOTRBO ANALOG, DIGITAL, P25 and various system configurations including Linked Capacity Plus, Capacity Plus, IP Site Connect etc.

Paula Weaver has been with Communications Express for 17 years. She worked in various capacities as an Office Manager and an Inside Sales Representative. She also handles functions of Radio Express which is a smaller company owned by Communications Express. She is a go to person for two way radios and knowledge on the Motorola Catalogs. Paula is the deputy in Theo’s absence.

Rachel is an Office Administrator at Communications Express. She has been with the company for 2 years. Her main areas of concentration are collections, payables and receivables and inventory management. Prior to her joining Communications Express, Rachel obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business administration from Frostburg State University. She also worked in the transportation vertical doing data management. She is the go to person for invoice payment and collections.

Williams Balbin is a Service Technician for Communications Express and has more than 3 years of experience as an Electronics Repair Technician. He has an Associate Degree in Applied Science and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
