The Regent Companies, which include RDI, LLC (Development) and Regent Contracting Corp. were formed in 1990 and now include Brookstone Development of Florida, to provide custom tailored, full service real estate development, property management, construction and real estate services with a strong commitment to quality and service to a select group of clients. The extensive experience of Regent’s personnel exceeds $4 billion in project value and over 8 million square feet in a broad spectrum of projects, including office, industrial, specialty, condominiums, multi-family, hospital and medical offices. Regent’s real estate interests are primarily in New York and Florida, with licenses held in New York, Florida and North Carolina. 


Current inventory includes commercial offices, multi-family, student housing and medical facilities totaling over 1,000,000 square feet.
