Scope Of Work
ES Dockery prefaced the flooring installation with heavy diamond grinding, bulk placement of self leveling floor grout and extensive skim coating to rehabilitate the substandard portions of the existing floor slab.
Then 15 colors / patterns of premium LVT were incorporated into a mindboggling one of a kind custom flooring layout. Several thousand lineal feet of convoluted solid color ribbons were meticulously cut into curved patterns to make up the common corridors as well as the waiting areas of the individual practices.?
Seven colors of seamless flooring were incorporated into the procedure and lab areas. Custom Flooring Medallions we incorporated into the flooring design of the corporate Office complex at the upper level.
Over three miles of Resilient Base was installed – half of which was heavy molded base with the look and feel of painted wood base.
Despite the complexity and scale of the project – the installation was completed on schedule and within budget.
