Scope Of Work
Renaissance Gardens is part of Baltimore City’s Park Heights Urban Renewal Plan designed for the revitalization of the Park Heights community and implemented by The Park Heights Renaissance Group. The 55,200 SF project consists of 60 one-bedroom apartments and includes common areas with a multipurpose dining room, living room, computer room, commissary, and activity rooms. The project was being financed with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds, including those set aside for the development of affordable and supportive housing for older people.
The project achieved for Homes Silver Certification.
