Scope Of Work
This project consists of new urban infill in the form of a 4-story apartment building spanning three city blocks along Greenmount Avenue. There are 44 apartment units in the new buildings and an additional 13 units incorporated into seven gut-rehabs of nearby vacant rowhouses.
