Soon to be completed new Retail building for Zettler Hardware. 20,200 SF Building as complete build out for Zettler Hardware with adjacent 3,713 SF cold shell for future restaurant tenant.
Zettler building has polished concrete floors at the sales floor and a convenient loading dock and outdoor storage for warehouse delivers.
