Scope Of Work
The Shoppes at East Broad was one the largest, newest retail centers under construction in Central OH in 2016. This center is anchored with TJMaxx, Maurices, and other national retail chains.
Storm-Water, Green-Friendly engineering were just a few of the challenges at this site. Brexton brought this project out of the ground on-time, on-budget, and within the permitting and inspection windows.
