SyncWare is a free application that allows architects, engineers, general contractors and developers to upload and share documents. By using SyncWare during the design phase, architects can easily share and collaborate with the design team. During construction, SyncWare makes it easy for contractors to communicate project plans and specs to the project team.

Simply drag and drop files into your private online Plan Room or Design Room.

If you are creating a Plan Room, The Blue Book Network’s Plan Room Team will convert your Plan Room files to the industry standard PDF – plus name and index all files based on the title block to make it easy for invited vendors to view! |

SyncWare’s new Design Room will accept all document types, including CAD, BIM and Spec files.

| 4. |
You send an "invitation" and your project/design team can view, markup and takeoff documents online and you can easily share markups and respond to RFIs!
