ONETEAM Releases Improved "Quick Quote" Feature (December 2021)

General Contractors report that margins remain close when bidding against their competitors. To get an advantage, many GC ONETEAM users are connecting with suppliers in The Blue Book Network to secure better pricing on jobsite equipment – e.g., trailers, fencing, signs, dumpsters, portable toilets, etc. These new relationships are helping GCs win more work!

Under the “Equipment Quotes” tab, ONETEAM has reduced the RFQ process to one simple screen (see below). After you select the equipment categories that you need, just click the “Message Quick Quotes” button and The Blue Book’s Concierge Team will go to work for you. They will create your personalized “Requests for Quote” and only message equipment suppliers in your specified categories. The RFQ will be available on your ONETEAM “Dashboard” so you can review and track responses and quotes from invited suppliers.
