The project consisted of flood elimination of the existing basement via installation of waterproofing and a new reinforced concrete slab, demolition and replacement of the existing fans and heating coils, sprinkler system upgrade, installation of new rooftop units and their associated duct work and control systems for the heating of the gymnasium and the auditorium.
